Collective Bargaining


The City has mandatory collective bargaining agreements with most of its full-time employees under the Ohio Revised Code.

Various full-time employees are represented by the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Ohio Council 8 Local 3646 (AFSCME), the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 20 (IAFF), the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 166 (FOP), and the International Association of Firefighters Local 4010 (IAFF). Benefits for these employees are established by collective bargaining agreements.
