The Miami University Regional Faculty Exhibit

Experience a variety of art from local instructors from the Miami University Hamilton and Middletown campuses. You won't want to miss the opportunity to see the fantastic work from instructors right in our area!

Andrew Au, Assistant Professor of Art at Miami University Middletown, presents five pieces using digital prints. Au's comprehensive and unique work represents satirical variations on American money.

Ed Montgomery, Associate Professor of Art at Miami University Hamilton, presents three pieces using acrylic on paper. Montgomery's beautifully detailed work is a in-depth study of draping on the human body.

Jen Purdum, Adjunct Faculty of Art at Miami University Hamilton, presents one multi-linked piece using ink on hand-made paper. Twenty-one individual ink drawings in a study of architecture are presented in a unified geometric design that fascinates in its simplicity and depth.

Roscoe Wilson, Assistant Professor of Art at Miami University Hamilton, presents five pieces using graphite, oil on paper on panels. Wilson's visually arresting one-man show, Forest Billboards, was showcased in August of 2007. This newest and exquisite work showcases construction and demolition with a three-dimensional feel as each piece is mounted on wooden boxes.

Meet the Artists at a Community Reception on Friday, April 18, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. with light refreshments.

The Art Gallery features rotating exhibits that showcase local and regional artists, memorabilia, and touring exhibits.
