(1) Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with Bob Ross Buick-GMC for the purchase of one (1) GMC Canyon Extended Cab Pick-Up Truck; one (1) GMC Sierra 1500 Regular Cab Pick-up Truck; and one (1) GMC Savana Van for the Fleet Division and declaring an emergency.
