6. Old Business 7. New Business (A) DEVELOPMENT SERVICES COMMITTEE (1) Ordinance to authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to extend a Community Reinvestment Agreement with Highland-Fairfield Associates LP.
(2) Ordinance to authorize the City Manager to execute a Community Reinvestment Area Agreement with Takumi Stamping, Inc. for property tax incentives and declaring an emergency.
(3) Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 166-84, The Codified Ordinances of Fairfield, Ohio, Section 1141.02, The City of Fairfield, Ohio, Zoning Map.
(B) PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMITTEE (1) Ordinance to authorize the City Manager to enter into a one (1) year contract with Continental Carbonic Products, Inc. for the purchase liquid carbon dioxide for use at the Water Treatment Plant.
(2) Ordinance to authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with Rawdon Myers, Inc. for replacement of actuator drive motors for filter valves at the Water Treatment Plant and declaring an emergency.
(C) PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE (1) Ordinance to authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with the City of Hamilton for the overlay of Symmes Road.
(2) Resolution declaring fifteen (15) city vehicles as surplus and authorizing the City Manager to sell them through J. J. Kane Auctioneers and declaring an emergency.
(D) FINANCE & BUDGET COMMITTEE (1) Ordinance to amend Sections 163.05, 163.16, 163.19 and 163.20 of Chapter 163, Employee Provisions, of Ordinance No. 166-84, the Codified Ordinances of Fairfield, Ohio, and declaring an emergency.
(2) Appropriation Ordinance (Contractual Items) - $35,000 replacement of actuator drive motors for filter valves at the Water Treatment Plant.
(3) Appropriation Ordinance (Non-Contractual Items) - $21,500 purchase of materials for manhole repairs; $8,000 repair of water supply line for Route 4 booster station; $2,937.50 remittance of forfeited funds to the Butler County Prosecutor’s Office; $11,000 installation of asphalt driveway/Route 4 Storm Water Pump Station; $20,000 replacement HVAC unit/Water Treatment Plant; $24,000 replacement fill pipe/Mack Road water tank; $7,000 replacement of roof vents at the Public Works Facility; $5,834 replacement of tube heaters in the truck wash bay at the Public Works Facility truck wash bay; $23,500 Pass Thru COPS grant funds to the school district for a rapid notification system; $17,298 vacuum leaf machine; $10,000 preliminary plans and cost estimates for a Town Center Northwest Quadrant streetscape project; $18,500 engineering & design services for a northbound right turn lane on Dixie Highway at Michael Lane.
