Legislation Summary No. 03-2008

Following is a summary of legislation adopted by the Fairfield City Council on February 11, 2008.  A complete text may be viewed at the following Fairfield locations:  Fairfield Municipal Building (Room 138), Fairfield Lane Public Library, Fairfield YMCA, Fairfield Golf and Community Center, and the Wildwood Manor House.

Ord. 9-08 Service fees for residential garbage and solid waste collection.

Ord. 10-08 Water rates and sewer service user rates.

Ord. 11-08 Amended employment agreement for the City Manager.

Ord. 12-08 2008 budget amendment: $176,300 for Sidewalk/Apron Replacement, Pleasant Avenue and Sidewalk Ramp Upgrade.

Ord. 13-08 2008 budget amendment: $24,100 for geotechnical services related to the State Route 4 By-Pass Project; $98,000 for right-of-way acquisition at Mack/South Gilmore Roads.
