Legislation Summary No. 04-2008

Following is a summary of legislation adopted by the Fairfield City Council on February 25, 2008.  A complete text may be viewed at the following Fairfield locations:  Fairfield Municipal Building (Room 138), Fairfield Lane Public Library, Fairfield YMCA, Fairfield Golf and Community Center, and the Wildwood Manor House.

Ord.  14-08   One (1) year contract with Carmeuse North America for purchase of lime for use at the Water Treatment Plant.         

Ord.  15-08   Amendment to Wage and Salary Ordinance for certain exempt and salaried employees.  

Ord.  16-08   2008 Budget Amendments:  $91,201 for additional engineering services for Route 4 By-Pass; $6,120 for demolition of building at 5731 River Road; and $5,600 for geotechnical services for Northern Route 4 Gateway Stanchion.
