Legislation Summary No. 06-2007

Following is a summary of legislation adopted by the Fairfield City Council on March 26 2007. Ord. 44-07 Authorization to enter into a project participation agreement with the Butler County engineer for the design and construction of a replacement bridge for River Road.

Ord. 45-07 Contract with Insituform Technologies, Inc. for emergency repairs to the 48” storm water pipe at 3874 Mack Road.

Ord. 46-07 Amendment to the Wage and Salary Ordinance for certain salaried and hourly employees.

Ord. 47-07 2007 Budget Amendments: $45,000 for repairs to Sanitary Sewer System; $29,838 for repairs to Mack Road storm water pipe.

Ord. 48-07 2007 Budget Amendments: $14,740 for design of traffic mast arm signals for Mack & Benzing; $24,310 for US 127 and Magie Avenue and river Road & Cole/Vinnedge; $16,310 for office furniture for the Water Division; and $7,500 for root treatment services.

Res. 5-07 Resolution declaring eleven (11) city vehicles as surplus and authorizing the City Manager to sell them through Adesa Auctions, Inc.
