Legislation Summary No. 09-2007

Following is a summary of legislation adopted by the Fairfield City Council on April 30, 2007.  A complete text may be viewed at the following Fairfield locations:  Fairfield Municipal Building (Room 138), Fairfield Lane Public Library, Fairfield YMCA, Fairfield Golf and Community Center, and the Wildwood Manor House.

Ord. 65-07 Contract with Robin S. Engel, Ph.D. for police officer training.

Ord. 66-07 2007 Budget Amendments: $25,000 for Betts Settlement and $35,000 for police officer training.

Res. 12-07 Resolution objecting to the renewal of the liquor permit for Greater Cincinnati Entertainment, LLC also known as Fairfield Tavern, repealing Resolution No. 11-07.
