Ord. 78-07 Contract with Zimmer Tractor & Turf for the purchase of one (1) New Holland TN75C tractor and attachments for use by the Street Division. Ord. 79-07 Contract with Vermeer of Southern Ohio, Inc. for the purchase of one (1) brush chipper for the Parks Department. Ord. 80-07 Contract with J.W. Devers & Son for the purchase and installation of one (1) 9’ Mark II Dump Body, one (1) 12’ Mark II Dump Body and two (2) 14’ Mark I DX Dump Bodies. Ord. 81-07 Contract with Barry L. Brown Paving for the renovation of tennis courts and basketball courts at Waterworks Park. Ord. 82-07 Contract with Strand Associates Engineers for engineering services for floodplain and levee analysis. Ord. 83-07 Contract with Acoustitherm, LLC for the replacement of the HVAC system at the Fire Headquarters. Ord. 84-07 2007 Budget Amendments: $45,290 for tractor; $28,926 for brush chipper; $46,570 for four dump bodies; $49,300 for renovation of tennis/basketball courts at Waterworks Park; $45,000 for HVAC system for Fire Headquarters; $325,360 for resurface of by-pass 4; and $73,000 for engineering for floodplain and levee analysis. Ord. 85-07 2007 Budget Amendments: $323 for remittance of forfeited funds; $23,000 for roof repairs at the Water Plant Annex; $11,000 for replacement filter elements at Aquatic Center; $20,000 for digital recording cameras for Fire Department; and $4,600 for city portion of resurfacing at Civitan Driveway. Res. 13-07 Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) for the resurfacing of By-Pass SR 4 from State Route 4 (Dixie Highway) to the north corporation line south of Symmes Road. Res.14-07 Resolution opposing Ohio substitute Senate Bill 117 and supporting true competition by video service providers. Angela Johns |
