Legislation Summary No. 12-2007

Following is a summary of legislation adopted by the Fairfield City Council on June 11, 2007.  A complete text may be viewed at the following Fairfield locations:  Fairfield Municipal Building (Room 138), Fairfield Lane Public Library, Fairfield YMCA, Fairfield Golf and Community Center, and the Wildwood Manor House.

Ord. 86-07 Contract with Mainline Road & Bridge Construction, Inc. for the River Road Bank Stabilization Phase 2 Project.

Ord. 87-07 Contract with Mt. Pleasant Blacktopping Co., Inc. for the completion of the 2007 Asphalt Paving and Resurfacing work.

Ord. 88-07 Authorization to execute the Community Reinvestment Agreement with Iwata Bolt, USA, Inc.

Ord. 89-07 Agreement with Dell Computer Corporation for the purchase of computer hardware for various City users.

Ord. 90-07 Agreement with CDW-G for the implementation of document imaging, network infrastructure upgrades and various software upgrades.

Ord. 91-07 2007 Budget Amendments:  $742,631 for River Road Stabilization Phase 2 Project; $173,440 for computer equipment; and $900,000 for 2007 Asphalt Paving Program.

Ord. 92-07 2007 Budget Amendments:  $8,262 for software for new computers; $8,418 for sidewalk at Cody Court; and $12,940 for street light replacement on Parliament Court.
