Legislation Summary No. 18-2007

Following is a summary of legislation adopted by the Fairfield City Council on October 15 and October 22, 2007. Ord. 132-07 Ordinance to change the name of Forest Lake Lane to Joe Nuxhall Way in the City of Fairfield, Ohio.

Ord. 133-07 One (1) year contract with the A & A Safety, Inc. for the 2007 Application of Roadway Pavement Markings.

Ord. 134-07 Ordinance providing for the issuance of $6,000,000 Municipal Court – Police Services Project Bond Anticipation Notes, Series 2005, third (2007) renewal, by the City of Fairfield, Ohio, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds of the City.

Ord. 135-07 2007 Budget Amendments: $175,000 for pavement markings.

Ord. 136-07 2007 Budget Amendments: $40,243 for confirmation lights for the pre-emption devices and $17,682 for furniture, fixtures and equipment for Golf Course Clubhouse.

Res 21-07 Agreement with the Board of Butler County Commissioners for sewer treatment services for a section of northeastern Fairfield not sewered by the City of Fairfield, Ohio.
