Legislation Summary No. 19-2007

Following is a summary of legislation adopted by the Fairfield City Council on Nov. 12, 2007.  A complete text may be viewed at the following Fairfield locations:  Fairfield Municipal Building (Room 138), Fairfield Lane Public Library, Fairfield YMCA, Fairfield Golf and Community Center, and the Wildwood Manor House.

Ord. 137-07 Ordinance to amend the Codified Ordinances of Fairfield, Ohio relative to the City of Fairfield Income Tax.

Ord. 138-07 2007 Budget Amendments:  $65,000 for right of way purchases Mack /Muhlhauser /Route 4, Mack/ South Gilmore; $43,000 for Route 4/ Crescentville; $15,000 for repair/ upgrade electrical service at Water Annex on Groh Lane; $11,650 for replacement of door at truck wash at Public Works; $4,537 signage for Golf Course Clubhouse; $17,765 furniture fixtures, & equipment for Golf Course Clubhouse; $9,650 for repair/ upgrade electrical service at Water Annex on Groh Lane; and $15,000 replace erosion control device and installation of utility protection structure.

Res. 22-07 Resolution declaring intent and necessity of the State Route 4 and West Crescentville intersection improvements project.

Res. 23-07 Resolution authorizing and directing the transfer of an automated external defibrillator to the Fairfield City School District.
