Legislation Summary No. 20-2007

Following is a summary of legislation adopted by the Fairfield City Council on November 19, 2007.  A complete text may be viewed at the following Fairfield locations:  Fairfield Municipal Building (Room 138), Fairfield Lane Public Library, Fairfield YMCA, Fairfield Golf and Community Center, and the Wildwood Manor House.

Ord. 139-07 Ordinance to amend various sections of the Traffic and General Offenses Codes.

Ord. 140-07 Contract with Duke Energy One, Inc. for installation of an auxiliary electrical generator at the Water Treatment Plant.

Ord. 141-07 Ordinance providing for the issuance of $2,000,000 golf course improvement bond anticipation notes, series 2006, first (2007) renewal, by the City of Fairfield, Ohio, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds of the City.

Ord. 142-07 2007 Budget Amendments: $2,900 for furniture, fixtures & equipment for the Golf Course Clubhouse, and $8,200 for equipment and upgrades/Route 4 Booster Station.

Ord. 143-07 2007 Budget Amendments: $765,870 for auxiliary electrical generator/Water Treatment Plant.

Res. 24-07 Amendment to the existing enterprise zone agreement between the Butler County Commissioners and T.R. Gear Landscaping, Inc.
