Legislation Summary No. 21-2007

Following is a summary of legislation adopted by the Fairfield City Council on December 3, 2007.  A complete text may be viewed at the following Fairfield locations:  Fairfield Municipal Building (Room 138), Fairfield Lane Public Library, Fairfield YMCA, Fairfield Golf and Community Center, and the Wildwood Manor House.

Ord. 144-07 Authorization to execute the FY 2008 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) application and agreement.

Ord. 145-07 Contract with Don S. Cisle, Inc. for construction of the LeSaint Drive Reconstruction Improvements.

Ord. 146-07 Ordinance to appropriate to public use certain interests in real property identified in plans prepared by CDS Associates, Inc. and entitled “State Route 4 and West Crescentville Intersection Improvements Project”.

Ord. 147-07 Contract with Motorola for the purchase of an additional radio console and related equipment.

Ord. 148-07 2007 Budget Amendments: $78,931 for radio system console and $604,072 for LeSaint Drive Reconstruction Improvements.

Ord. 149-07 2007 Budget Amendments:  $30,000 for 50% of material and debris disposal; and $30,000 for 50% of material & debris disposal.
