Legislation Summary No. 22-2007

Following is a summary of legislation adopted by the Fairfield City Council on December 10, 2007. Ord. 150-07 Ordinance releasing the maintenance bond and accepting public improvements for the Woodridge Boulevard Extension Plat.

Ord. 151-07 Amendment to Wage and Salary Ordinance for certain salaried and hourly employees.

Ord. 152-07 2007 Budget Amendments: $22,000 for public works storage facility; and $10,100 for furniture, fixtures & equipment for the Golf Course Clubhouse.

Ord. 153-07 Year-end transfers to reconcile accounts for 2007.

Ord. 154-07 Adoption of 2008 Operating Budget.

Res. 25-07 Agreement with the City of Hamilton regarding the update of the delineation study of the wellfield areas serving the City of Hamilton to New Baltimore Groundwater Consortium.
