Dave serves as the ombudsman for a variety of customer service needs.

Background:

Dave began his career with the City of Fairfield as a meter reader. Over the years, he was promoted to operator maintenance person, safety coordinator and special projects coordinator before moving into his current position in 2000.

Dave holds OEPA Class III Water and Wastewater Certifications and is a member of the American Water Works Association and the Water Environment Federation.

He was awarded the OKI Regional Public Service Award.

Personal interests/family:

Dave enjoys automobile art, archeology and restoring cars. He is a past member and chairman of the Red Cross and a mediator for the Fairfield Center for Conflict Resolution.
