OLD BUSINESS:

Conditional Use Application – Entertainment Facility – 26 Donald Drive (Tabled)

A Conditional Use Application has been submitted for a children's entertainment facility at 26 Donald Drive.  The property is zoned C-3.  The applicant states they will offer video and arcade games, music, talent contests and snacks.

Proposed Modification to Section 1187 of the Codified Ordinances – Signs (Tabled)

A proposed modification to Section 1187, Signs, is being considered.  The change would allow variable message reader boards in the C-3, C-3A, B-1, ST and D-1 zoning districts.  Information pertaining to the changes will be handed out at the meeting.
