Fairfield residents will see some minor changes on utility bills this summer. The changes are the result of the Utility Billing and Collection Division’s move to new utility account software. The new system is being introduced to create statements that are more detailed and customer-friendly.

In addition, the new software will provide a more integrated system to streamline internal processes. The new software is expected to be in place in July.
