The group promotes mechanisms and starts programs to serve human needs of our community and improve the quality of life for Fairfield's citizens. Its concept has received attention both locally and nationally.

Meetings: Meets the second Tuesday of each month at 4 p.m. at the Fairfield Municipal Building.
