The STAR award is presented quarterly to employees who:

• give quality Service,
• who promote Teamwork,
• who contribute Aboveand beyond
• and who are Reliable

At the end of each year, a STAR of the Year award winner is selected from that year’s quarterly winners.

To be eligible employees must be nominated by coworkers or by the public.

Fairfield residents who have had contact with or been assisted by a specific city employee(s) and would like to recognize him or her for outstanding service should complete the nomination form below.
