Judge Campbell receives Trailblazer Award

Judge Joyce A. Campbell received the Trailblazer Award from NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) of Butler County on November 3, 2007.  The award is for her extraordinary accomplishment in establishing the Treatment Alternatives Court for the Fairfield Municipal Court.
