Director - James A. Bell
Jim develops and directs a comprehensive program of recreation and leisure services and operates and oversees the operation and maintenance of City parks and recreational facilities.Facilities Manager - Bob Schappacher
Bob manages all Parks and Recreation facilities, which include the golf courses, Marsh Lake, Harbin Park, Aquatic Center and The Village Green area.Fairfield Community Arts Center Manager - Heidi E. Schiller
Heidi oversees the day-to-day operations and activities of the Fairfield Community Arts Center with specific attention to arts programming and rentals.Golf Professional - David Hartman
Dave manages and operates Fairfield’s public golf courses, North and South Trace.Golf Professional - Keith Crutcher
Keith is in charge of the daily operations at the Fairfield Greens North Trace public golf course and assists with the same at the South Trace.Parks/Events Manager - Ben Strickler
