Community Room

This multi-purpose room can be divided into three smaller rooms, A, B, & C, each suitable for a variety of intimate meetings and events, or used in combination for large parties or receptions. All have bar areas, wood and carpeted floor, access to the balcony over-looking Village Green, and audio-visual capabilities.

Individual rooms,  A, B or C, seats 48-60 banquet, 36-27 classroom, 20 boardroom
Combination rooms, A&B or B&C, seats 96-120 banquet or 100 theatre-style
Full room comfortably seats up to 240 banquet (without dance floor) or 300 theatre-style

Weekend:  
Friday Evening (after 5pm, up to midnight)
Saturday & Sunday (any 6 hours, up to midnight)
Full use of entire room only:  $750.00

Monday – Friday at 5pm

Two-Thirds Room (A&B, or B&C):    $470.00
One-Third Room (A OR B OR C):    $250.00

Classroom   

(775 Square Feet) Perfect for afternoon meetings, classes, and seminars.
Seats up to 15 boardroom, 26 classroom, or 40 theatre-style.

Day:  Monday - Friday (4-8 hours):  $150.00
1/2 Day: Monday - Friday (4 hours or less):  $100.00

Facility Combinations

Events must be fully catered and staffed. Evening and Weekend hours only.

Community Room and Galleria:  $1,000.00
Community Room, Galleria, Classroom, Art Gallery:  $2,500.00
Community Room, Galleria, Classroom, Art Gallery, Theatre:  $3,500.00

Theater

Traditional proscenium theatre seats 237 at full capacity with state-of-the-art lighting and sound. Ideal venue for corporate meetings, presentations, recitals, or fine art presentations. Room rental discounts do not apply to theatre rentals. An additional facility usage fee will be charged on all performance rentals.

Full Week Rate:  Sunday load-in to Sunday strike:  $1,250.00
Full Day Rate:  9am load-in to midnight strike:  $500.00
Business Day Rate:  9am load-in to 5pm strike:  $350.00
