From the beautifully appointed Community Room, with its large dance floor and balcony overlooking Village Green Park, to the state-of-the art theater, the Fairfield Community Arts Center is the perfect settings for meetings and special occasions.

The Community Room provides an ideal setting for dinners, dances, luncheons, weddings, parties and business meetings. The 2,700-foot Community Room seats up to 240 for dinner without a dance floor or can be divided into three smaller rooms for more intimate gatherings.

The Theater, with its state-of-the-art audio and visual capabilities, comfortable seating and flexible size, offers an attractive space for corporate meetings and presentations, as well as for any theatrical presentations.

The Classroom is perfect for small meetings, classes or seminars.

Other rooms are available for rental depending on availability. 

Planning Your Wedding Reception
or Banquet

   A six-hour rental includes the set up of tables
   and chairs, white table linens (no napkins),
   skirting on all buffet tables, and the use of
   available AV equipment: LCD projector and   
   drop-down screen, CD & DVD player, I-Pod
   port, and one hand-held wireless microphone.

   Catering should be coordinated with one of our
   Preferred Caterers. With over 20 on the list,
   there are choices to fit every taste and budget. If you plan to serve alcohol, please contact Symmes Tavern, the Preferred Alcohol Provider for the Community Arts Center.

You do not have to be a resident of Fairfield to rent a room at the Community Arts Center, but residents do receive a 10% discount.

You can hold your preferred date for up to two weeks without payment while you are finalizing your plans. After that date, a deposit of 50% should be made with the balance due 30 days before your event.

The viewing policies are quite informal. The building is open 8am to 8pm, Monday through Friday, and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. The best viewing time is Saturday mornings when the room is being prepared for that evening’s event. After viewing the room, please contact the Community Arts Center Manager to finalize your plans.

Looking for an intimate location for your wedding ceremony? The Art Gallery on the first floor of the Community Arts Center provides an elegant and unique setting for your special day. Booked in conjunction with the Community Room, the Art Gallery rental fee includes 85 white garden chairs, a white-satin covered arch, and your choice of sound system or piano.

The Community Arts Center is located at the heart of Fairfield's Village Green adjacent to Village Green Park, which provides a beautiful backdrop for special event photos and a play area for children.
