1828: The farm was sold at auction to Nathan Talbott with the house and 20 acres sold as the dower of the widow.

1849: David Hueston purchased the farm from John Hay with additional land and added a Greek Revival addition to the rear at cost of $1,000.

1871: Joseph and Alonzo Ross purchased 60 acres and house from David Hueston.

1916: The John Thomas Gilbert family purchased the house and 16 acres.
