Chief Mike Dickey is responsible for the leadership and administrative management of the Fairfield Police Department.Community Relations - Lieutenant Ken Colburn
Ken oversees the DARE, School Resource Officer, Juvenile Diversion, Animal Control, Park Ranger, Neighborhood Crime Watch and Citizen Police Academy programs and provides department information to the public and media.Juvenile Diversion Counselor - Jean Wesseler

Ken manages the Support Services Division of the police department. He is responsible for the 9-1-1 Center, Records, Section, Property and Evidence Section, the Temporary Holding Facility, Warrant Service and Accreditation. His mission is to insure a high quality of support to police officers and the community in the delivery of police services.
