We welcome your suggestions, comments and recommendations concerning any aspect of Police Department operations. You may make your suggestions by telephone or by writing to the Chief of Police, Michael J. Dickey, 5230 Pleasant Ave., Fairfield, Ohio 45014, or by e-mail to mdickey@fairfield-city.org. The Fairfield Police Department appreciates hearing about ways in which our employees have been able to assist you. Compliments about our staff are welcome. If you have a concern about the Police Department or any of its employees, if you feel you have been treated unfairly, we encourage you to let us know of your concerns. Every complaint is reviewed and you will be informed of the outcome of that review. To make a complaint you should contact any supervisor of the Police Department in person or by calling 513-829-8201. It would be helpful to the review process to have as much information about the incident or employee as possible. You are not required to give your name or address, but we would like to be able to contact you if additional information is necessary, and to let you know the outcome of the review. We look forward to providing the best police service possible to those in our community. Michael J. Dickey | Emergency contacts
