Director - Dwight Culbertson
Dwight is responsible for the Public Utilities Department, which provides public sewer and water service to businesses and households in the City of Fairfield.

Public Utilities Superintendent - Gary Wick
Gary directs the operation and maintenance of the Water Treatment Plant and Distribution Systems, assuring delivery and compliance with state and local regulatory requirements.

Wastewater Superintendent - Drew Young
Drew manages the staff of the City’s Wastewater Division.
