Licenses

Any person working on any part of the City's water distribution system or the sanitary sewer system or making a sewer service connection must obtain a license from the City of Fairfield. Below are links to the required forms.

Set up water, sewer and trash service
Water and sewer services for Fairfield homeowners and renters are provided by the City of Fairfield. Trash services is provided through a city contract with Rumpke.

Sewer Tapper license

The performance bonds for individual, firm or corporation involved in water branch or sewer service may be downloaded in pdf format.
