Fairfield water-sewer rates best in region (again!) For the second consecutive year, the City of Fairfield has been identified as the community with the lowest combined rates for water and sewer services in all of southwestern Ohio.Hydrant flushing may cause discolored water The City of Fairfield's Water Division will be conducting the annual fire hydrant flushing program in phases. Residents may experience discolored water for a short period of time after each flushing. Water should be clear after allowing services to flush for a period of five to ten minutes. The Final Phase will be conducted 9:00 p.m. Friday May 9, 2008 to 6:00 a.m. Saturday May 10, 2008. |
