This project will widen the west side of South Gilmore Road from south of Mack Road south to the right turn lane for Kolb Drive. Components of the project include construction of new curb and gutter, removal of existing curb and gutter, relocation of street lights and traffic signal (CFC driveway), and paving. The project is part of the recommendations from a traffic study for the I-275 & South Gilmore Road corridor.This project is tentatively scheduled to start construction the first part of September with a completion by the end of the year. Traffic will be maintained during the construction.
