State Route 4 Right Turn Lane at Michael Lane

A new north bound right turn lane will be constructed at the intersection of State Route 4 and Michael Lane. This project is being constructed for new commercial development that will occur at the south east corner of State Route 4 and Michael Lane. The project will increase the radius of the corner to facilitate turning truck traffic and provide for a dedicated right turn lane for the motoring public. The project consists of removal of exiting curb and gutter, and installation of new curb and gutter along with asphalt pavement for the new lane.
