The existing traffic signal at Pleasant Avenue (US 127) and Magie Avenue, and River Road and Cole/Vinnedge are scheduled to be upgraded from existing span wire traffic signals to mast arm traffic signals. In addition to these two upgrade locations, a new traffic signal is scheduled to be installed at the intersection of Mack Road and Benzing Drive. These three projects are scheduled to be bid, and under construction in 2008. The traffic signals will include lighted street name signs, illuminated lane use signs, and video detection actuation systems. These projects are scheduled to be bid by mid May 2008.
