Set up Water, Sewer and Trash Service

  • Water and sewer services for Fairfield residents and businesses are provided by the City's Water and Wastewater facilities.
  • New residents may contact the Utility Billing Office at (513) 867-5370 to establish a new account.
  • Trash service (for residential properties) is provided by Rumpke, and billed by the City of Fairfield. A contract between Rumpke and the City of Fairfield allows water, sewer, and trash charges to be shown conveniently on a single monthly bill.

Note:  Commercial accounts must contact Rumpke directly in order to arrange trash collection service.

Residential or commercial tenants who wish to establish water, sewer, and trash service for rented units must complete and sign an application. Once completed, the applicant must deliver their application to the Utility Billing and Collection Office. Renters will be asked to provide a photo ID (or Federal Tax ID), a copy of their lease agreement, and a $125.00 deposit.
