Community Room

The full Community Room on the 2nd floor of the FCAC is perfect for Receptions, Banquets, Proms and other special evening events with seating from up to 180 or more without a dance floor. Includes built-in service areas, oak wood dance floor, carpet areas, picture bay window, adjustable lighting, three vaulted ceilings, and full access to the balcony overlooking picturesque Village Green Park.

Friday Evening, Saturday or Sunday: $800.00

Services include:

• Six-hour rental with additional FREE time for decorating
• Professional set up of all tables and chairs at no additional cost
• White linen tablecloths on all tables and skirting on all buffet tables
• Personal staff services throughout your event
• Wireless hand-held microphone
• Available AV equipment: ceiling-drop projector and screen, iPod, CD, DVD, Cable, WiFi
  

Weekday: The Community Room is also available for more informal weekday functions, lunches, corporate events and seminars. Room rental rates are based on the number of hours needed. Coffee service is included.

Art Gallery

Looking for an intimate location for your Wedding Ceremony? The Art Gallery on the first floor provides an elegant and unique setting for your special day. The two-story room includes oak floors, full-length glass windows, and artwork by emerging artists for a distinctive backdrop. Must secure Community Room rental.

Friday Evening, Saturday or Sunday: $300.00

Services include:

• Four-hour rental on day of the Wedding
• Two-hour Rehearsal 1-2 days before the Wedding
• Up to 85 white garden chairs placed the day of the Wedding
• White wooden garden arch ready for decorating
• Tables for unity candle, guest book, etc.
• Choice of CD / iPod ready sound system or black Yamaha piano

Community Room Single and Combinations

The multi-purpose Community Room can be divided into single or combination rooms seating 10 – 120.

All rooms can be used separately for a variety of intimate meetings and events or used in combination for larger parties, dinners, or receptions. Room rental rates are based on the number of hours needed.

Available Seating:  up to 20 boardroom style, 48-60 banquet, or 36-27 classroom style

Monday to Thursday, 8AM to 9PM or Friday, 8AM to 5PM:
     * 2 hours or less: $70.00
     * 2 – 4 hours:     $150.00
     * 4 – 8 hours:     $250.00

Double - Community Rooms A&B / Community Rooms B&C
Available Seating:  96 – 120 banquet or 100 theatre-style

Monday to Thursday, 8AM to 9PM or Friday, 8AM to 5PM:

Classroom

Perfect for Business meeting, class or seminars. Approximately 775 sq ft.
Available Seating: up to 15 boardroom style, 25 classroom, or 40 theatre style

Monday to Thursday, 8AM to 8PM:
     * 2 – 4 hours:  $150.00
     * 4 – 8 hours:  $200.00

Senior Lounge

Perfect for a Sunday Bridal or Baby Shower. Approximately 500 sq ft.
Available Seating: up to 35 at small café tables, includes direct access to outside area

Sunday, 12 Noon to 5PM, only when FCAC is open for a theater performance or other Sunday event
     * 4 hours or less:  $150.00

Theater Rental

Traditional proscenium theatre, 42' x 24' stage, seats 237 at full capacity. Theatre rentals are negotiated with the Community Arts Center Manager. Room rental discounts do not apply to theatre rentals.  

Full Week Rate:  Sunday load-in to Sunday strike (50 hrs total) - $1,750.00
Full Day Rate:  15 hrs, 9AM load-in to midnight strike - $750.00
Short Day Rate:  8 hrs, end by 6PM, load-in to strike - $450.00
Rehearsal Hour:  Billed per hour, NO tech whatsoever - $35.00

Elisha Morgan Mansion at Gilbert Farms Park

Beautifully restored circa 1817 historic home, perfect for small parties, rehearsal dinners, or intimate wedding receptions. Includes use of lawn area. Outdoor ceremonies in the Gazebo must secure Morgan Mansion.

Available Seating: up to 42 on the first floor with additional seating for 28 on the second floor.
