|In this class you will learn all of the basics of chest ups and downs, hip ups and downs, grounded movements along with general dance vaocabulary and posture, etc. Basic transitions and cueing technique will be introduced as well on day one. You will learn drills for all styles of belly dance and conditioning that will tone and shape as well as increase flexibility to ensure more fluid movement in your dance. Some choreography and original combinations may be introduced along with floor work. Zills, mat and water are needed for this class. Dress in comfortable clothes.
