|Pilates is a complete mat based series of exercises primarily aimed at developing and helping to strengthen the core muscles of the body. This class is for individuals who wish to increase flexibility and develop their core (back and abdominal) muscles. Each class is comprised of a warm-up, Pilates based mat and stability ball exercises, and a cool-down stretch at the end. All levels of fitness ability are encouraged to attend. Bring your exercise mat and wear comfortable, workout attire. No classes 11/22 & 24.
