|Need to find the connection between your mind, body, and spirit? Join us for a gentle Hatha Yoga class that will improve your breathing process, increase self awareness, and provide a challenge to your body without intimidation. Each class is carefully structured to give a well balanced workout for the muscles, joints, and incorporates mind/body dialogue through Yoga asana and meditation. Once students become familiar with the Hatha Yoga practice, the emphasis will shift to perfecting poses, developing strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and grace. Wear comfortable workout attire and bring your fitness mat. Individuals of any fitness level are encouraged to attend. Class size will be limited for personal one on one instruction. No class 11/23.
