|SPINNING is a stationary bicycle program primarily aimed at achieving maximum energy output. Each class consists of a warm up period, a moderate to high intensity, low impact cardiovascular workout, and a cool down. Make sure to wear comfortable workout attire and bring a small water bottle, and towel (gel seat pads are highly recommended).|
