Changes Proposed to Construction Manual
The City of Fairfield is proposing changes to its Design, Construction and Materials Specifications Manual. These changes may impact the materials, specifications and standards used for infrastructure development and re-development within the City of Fairfield.
The manual was last updated in 2007. The proposed changes reflect newer products in the marketplace, new proven best practices, and modifications that reflect field observations pertaining to the installation of infrastructure. Care has been taken to balance the capital costs associated with these changes and the cost to tax payers and rate payers for infrastructure replacement.
