Wine, Women & Song
1930's Radio Show
featuring Joan Ellison
"Sit back and listen. It's 1932 and the Columbia Broadcast System proudly presents a tribute to George and Ira Gershwin featuring that lovely lady of the stage, Joan Ellison!"
Mark Flanders and Joan Ellison created Circa 1939 to take audiences back to the world where Classic American Popular Songs were fresh and new. An Oberlin Conservatory graduate, Joan Ellison has sung with the Cleveland Pops Orchestra and has played leading ladies of Rodgers & Hammerstein musicals to critical acclaim.
