Adam B. Jones, First Ward

Biography: Adam is a life-long resident of Fairfield. He is married to an extraordinary wife, Kelly and has been blessed with two lovely daughters, Casey and Abby.

Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio with a concentration in Market Research and Analysis. Graduate of Stephen T. Badin High School.

Community Involvement/Affiliations: Sacred Heart Church parishioner, volunteer for St. Rita's School for the Deaf, City of Fairfield Charter Review Commission, and Fairfield Optimist Club.

Professional: Assistant Director of the Butler County Department of Job & Family Services, Children Services and Workforce One.

Committees: Chairman of the Public Utilities Committee, Vice Chairman of the Parks, Recreation & Environment Committee, and Member of the Community & Public Relations Committee. Council Representative on Butler County Advisory Health Council and Council representative on Design Review Committee.

Jeffrey L. Holtegel, Second Ward

Biography: Lifetime resident of the Greater Cincinnati area with the last 28 years in Fairfield. Daughter - Lyndsey, Grandson - Blake, Granddaughter - Kailyn. Previously served eight years on Fairfield City Council and served on various committees and boards.

Education: University of Cintinnati, Cincinnati, OH. Degree: Bachelor of Business Administration

Community Involvement: Fairfield Rotary Club - Member, Flying Knights Flying Club - Private Pilot, Hugh L. Bates Masonic Lodge 686 - Member, 15 years Fairfield Planning Commission - Past Chairman.

Professional: Owner/Operator of Fairfield based Classic Coffee and Vending for 25 years and Fairfield based JH Real Estate for seven years. Adjunct Professor - Cincinnati State Community and Technical College. Previous Instructor - Entrepreneurship, Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.

Debbie Pennington, Third Ward

Biography: Born in Hamilton, Ohio. Resident of Fairfield since 1978. Married to Dan together they have two children; Julie and Mark and four grandchildren all residing in Fairfield.

Education: Graduate of Hamilton Taft High School and attended Miami University.

Community Involvment: Past President of Fairfield Women; Past President of The Hamilton Fairfield Oxford Board of Realtors; served on Charter Review Commission; Co-Chair Fairfield's Board of Zoning Appeals; Fairfield's 50th Anniversary Committee; currently serving as President of The Fairfield Historical Society; Hamilton Fairfield Oxford Board of Realtors Board of Directors; Butler County Republican Party - Central Committee.

Affiliations: Member Fairfield Church of Christ.

Professional: Realtor since 1977 earning Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. Judge Appointed Probate Court Appraiser.

Terry Senger, Fourth Ward

Biography: Terry Senger and his wife Bambi are lifelong residents of Fairfield's 4th Ward. Their daughter, Rachel is a Senior at Miami University and their son, Chad, is a Freshman at Miami University.

Education: Terry is a graduate of Fairfield High School, the University of Alabama, and completed his Masters degree at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Professional: Terry is employed at Belcan Engineering Corporation specializing in Support Equipment Tooling. Terry also is a retired Colonel from the United States Marine Corps Reserve. Terry was deployed with Task Force Katrina in 2005 as the Senior Marine Liaison Officer and was also deployed to Iraq in 2006 as the Nighttime Chief of Operations for the Multi-National Force.

Committees: Terry is currently serving as the Chairman of the Parks, Recreation & Environment Committee, Vice Chairman of the Finance & Budget Committee, and Member of the Public Safety Committee. Council Representative on Fairfield/Hamilton Joint Advisory Committee, Council Representative on City/School/Township Task Force, and Council alternate for OKI Regional Council of Governments. Terry previously served on Fairfield City Council from 1994 to 1997 and served as a member of the Fairfield Board of Education from 2004 to 2006.

Biography: Age 45, 20-year resident of Fairfield, married to Kathy, a lifelong resident.

Education: B.S. from University of Cincinnati

Professional: Director, Government & Community Relations, Duke Energy.

Committees: Chairman, Finance & Budget Committee; Vice Chair of the Development Services Committee; Member of the Public Works Committee. Council representative on City/School/Township Task Force and Council representative on Route 4 Improvement Implementation Committee.

Tim Meyers, Council Member at Large

Biography: Tim has been married to Jeannie Phalen Meyers for 26 years, and the couple has three children ages 11, 18 and 19. The Meyers family has resided in Fairfield for the past 24 years and are members of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church.

Education: BS, Illinois State University; MBA, Xavier University.

Professional: Director, Customer Service Technical Training and Facility Support, GE Aviation, Cincinnati, Ohio.

Committees: Chairman, Public Works Committee; Vice Chair, Public Utilities Committee; Member, Development Services Committee. Council representative on Fairfield/Hamilton Joint Advisory Committee and Council representative on Fairfield Youth Government Advisory Board.

Mike Oler, Council Member at Large

Biography: Born in Hamilton. A resident of Fairfield since 1971. Married to Carol with three children: Leslie, Susan and David.

Education: Associate in Science from the University of Cincinnati in Traffic and Transportation Management.

Professional: Retired police officer from City of Fairfield; presently part-time Crime Prevention/Public Relations Specialist with the Fairfield Township Police Department.

Committees: Chairman, Public Saftey Committee; Vice Chairman, Public Works Committee; Member, Finance & Budget Committee; Council representative on Fairfield/Hamilton Joint Advisory Committee; Council representative on City/School/Township Task Force, Council representative on S.E.L.F.
