July 3rd - Live musical entertainment includes theRusty Griswoldsat Harbin Park and The Blast of Brass Tour 2009, featuring Second Wind and BlueStone Ivory, plus the final round of the Fairfield Idol competition at Village Green Park. The Fairfield Aquatic Center will also be open from 8 to 11 pm for the annual Fireworks Swim (pool admission required). The Fairfield Aquatic Center offers a variety of features: diving boards, wading pool, large slide, sand volleyball court, sand play area, and a water play structure.
