Utility Billing and Collection




The City of Fairfield's online payment website provides residents with convenient access to their monthly statements and general billing information.  Features of the online payment system include:

-   A secure internet connection to real-time account balance information.

-   Acceptable methods of payment include Visa, Mastercard and eCheck.  Payments may be made online with no service fees.

-   Utility bill payments made today are posted to your account the following business day.

To access the site, customers will need a current utility bill with the account number and customer number.
