All due dates are arranged to fall on Wednesdays. Whether your bill is due the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th Wednesday of the month depends upon the location of your property within the City. Due dates will never fall on weekends or holidays.
The Utility Billing & Collection Office uses a payment processing service provided by National City Bank. If you choose to mail your payment, please allow 7-10 business days for your payment to be posted to your account. Payments may be mailed to:

City of Fairfield utility bills may be paid online by eCheck, Visa or Mastercard. Our online payment service is free. Please visit our ePayment Website to make your payment online.
Payments by phone
Representatives are available to accept credit card payments by phone during regular business hours (8am-5pm).
Acceptable credit cards include Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Please contact the Utility Billing and Collection Office at (513)867-5370 to pay by phone.
A depository box allows residents to drop their payment off at the Billing and Collections Office 24-hours a day. The box is located on the south side of the Municipal Building. Payments from the depository will be posted the next business day. (Note: cash payments by depository are not recommended.)

If additional time is needed to pay a bill, arrangements for a payment schedule may be set up by signing a payment agreement at the Utility Billing and Collection Office, provided that you are eligible.
