City ordinance allows 20 days to pay the net bill amount.
Due dates are arranged to fall on Wednesdays, depending upon which route your residence is in. For example, bills for residents in route one will be due on the first Wednesday of each month; bills for residents on route two will be due on the second Wednesday of each month; and so on.
Due dates will never fall on weekends or holidays.
Mail payments
The Utility Billing & Collection Office uses a payment processing service provided by National City Bank. If you choose to mail your payment, please allow 7-10 business days for your payment to be posted to your account. Payments may be mailed to:

Online payments
City of Fairfield utility bills may be paid online with eCheck, Visa or Mastercard. This service is free. To utilize this service, you will be asked to establish a secure online account with a username and password. Please visit our ePayment Website to make your payment online.
Payments by phone
Representatives are available to accept credit card payments by phone during regular business hours.
Acceptable credit cards include Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Please contact the Utility Billing and Collection Office at (513)867-5370 to pay by phone.
Payment depository
A depository box allows residents to drop their payment off at the Billing and Collections Office 24-hours a day. The box is located on the south side of the Municipal Building. Payments from the depository will be posted the next business day. (Note: cash payments by depository are not recommended.)
Walk-ins
Please feel free to drop payments off in person during regular business hours (8:00a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) at the
Fairfield Municipal Building, 5350 Pleasant Avenue, Room 113.

Payment agreement
