Set up Water, Sewer and Trash Service

• Water and sewer services for Fairfield residents and businesses are provided by the City's Water and Wastewater facilities.
  
  
• Trash service is provided by Rumpke, and billed by the City of Fairfield. A contract between Rumpke and the City of Fairfield allows water, sewer, and trash charges to be shown conveniently on a single monthly bill.
  
  

SERVICE FOR HOMEOWNERS
Homeowners may complete and sign an application and deliver it to the Utility Billing and Collection Office, OR simply contact the Utility Billing Office at (513)867-5370 to establish an account over the phone.

SERVICE FOR RENTAL UNITS
Residents who wish to establish water, sewer, and trash service for rented units must complete and sign an application. Once completed, the applicant must deliver their application to the Utility Billing and Collection Office. Renters will be asked to provide photo I.D., a copy of their lease agreement, and a $125.00 deposit.

COMMERCIAL SERVICE
Businesses who wish to establish water and sewer service with the City of Fairfield must complete an
application. Once completed, the applicant must deliver the application to the Utility Billing and Collection Office.

NOTE: Commercial Trash Service must be established directly through Rumpke.
