Area Courts

Fairfield Municipal Court
hears all traffic, misdemeanor criminal, civil (up to $15,000) and Small Claims cases within its jurisdiction. The Court also conducts initial appearances and preliminary hearings for felony cases. The City of Fairfield Municipal Court Records are available online.

Unless placed in the Juvenile Diversion Program, juveniles arrested in Fairfield enter the Butler County Juvenile Court system.
