Bob manages all Parks and Recreation facilities, which include the golf courses, Marsh Lake, Harbin Park, Aquatic Center and The Village Green area. He supervises the Golf Pro Shop, Golf Maintenance, Park Maintenance and Marsh Park Staff and oversees the day-to-day operations of these areas.

Background:

Bob worked for the Evendale Parks and Recreation Department as a Parks Programmer before starting with the City of Fairfield in 1994. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Bowling Green State University in Parks and Recreation Administration and passed his certification to be a Certified Park and Recreation Professional in the fall of 1994.

He is a member of the Ohio Parks and Recreation Association and the National Recreation and Parks Association. He has served on Fairfield’s 40^th anniversary, New Millennium and 50^th anniversary committees.

In 2003, he was named a quarterly STAR award winner.

 Personal interests/family:

Bob enjoys playing golf with his wife, Cindi, and spending time with his children, Brittani, Travis, Ashley, and Emili. He is a “sports fanatic” and enjoys watching the kids play sports and participating when possible.
