Brad is responsible for organizing and supervising a wide variety of activities and recreational opportunities for the 55 Plus program.  In addition, he organizes and supervises a variety of arts & crafts classes at the Community Arts Center.

Background:

Brad earned his bachelors degree from Ohio University in Recreation Studies and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Brad has been working with the City of Fairfield since 2004.  Prior to working with the city, he was employed at Grandview Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio, as a Recreation Therapist.  He also interned with the Charlotte Institute for Rehabilitation and the Adaptive Sports and Adventures Program in Charlotte, NC, where he worked primarily with individuals with spinal cord injuries.

Brad serves on the Board of Directors for the Butler County Regional Transit Authority and the Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana Regional Council of Governments. He is a member of Ohio Parks and Recreation Association and the National Recreation and Parks Association and has completed the Indiana University Executive Development Program for Parks and Recreation Professionals.

Personal interests/family:

He and his wife have two children, and Brad enjoys water skiing, playing basketball, and going fishing.
