The Phalen Center at the Fairfield Greens Golf Course

The Phalen Center has a new look you must see for yourself! Our beautiful banquet center is available for parties, anniversaries, rehearsal dinners and receptions. Our spectacular scenic view can’t be beat! Seating for   25-130. Some of our features include formal linens, dance floor and outdoor patio.  See the rental rates below.

You have freedom to choose from a list of local caterers that includes our very own Grille. Our friendly, relaxing atmosphere is sure to be the perfect setting for your event.

1/2 rentals will not be available for the months of January, February, November and December.

Full Rentals will only be available for the months of January, February, November and December.  Some exceptions may be made depending on availability.

Weekend rentals are for 6 hour blocks.

Fairfield Business or Residents:  10%

Non-profit clubs / organizations***:  25%

Governmental events: 50% (week days only)

Use of South Trace as food vendor: 20%
